RNLI Style Boards
Gaisford Surf Equipment have designed and built rescue boards for over 25 years. They are now available to the same exacting standards as demanded by the RNLI. Fitted with neoprene covered raised handles placed at the front, central and rear zones along both rails, these grips are comfortable and placed to give maximum benefit and control for both the patient and the rescuer.
Standard Board Specification
Construction: the rescue board has a polyurethane foam core which is covered with fibreglass woven cloth and polyester resin. Comes with knee pads, raised hand grips and a removable fin.
Meets RNLI specifications:
i. Weight: maximum 13kg to include the fin
ii. Length: maximum 3.2m
